Riverdogs Win Post Season Awards

Better late than never!

This was actually announced at the beginning of the month, but I’m just getting to it.

Some members of the Charleston Riverdogs organization took home some hardware at the South Atlantic League’s annual post season awards.

The team earned six awards at the event, led by Dave Echols winning General Manger of the Year.  Charleston’s marketing team won the Excellence in Marketing Award, Melissa McCants Azevedo collected Female Executive of the Year, Groundskeeper Mike Williams was Sports Turf Manager of the Year, Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park was named the Best Playing Field Award, while David Eller and Ralph Cassanello won the Bat Persons of the Year Award.
