Holiday cheer is aglow at the Historic Dock Street Theatre with the return of Dickens’ immortal classic, A Christmas Carol. This holiday season, embark once again on a journey through the past, present, and future with Ebenezer Scrooge as he learns the true meaning of Christmas.

Featuring a talented cast and crew, Charleston Stage’s production promises to capture the essence of Dickens’ classic while delivering a powerful message of compassion, redemption, and the joy of giving during the holiday season. Featuring a marvelous score of classic carols and over 50 iconic characters, audiences can expect stunning costumes, beautiful set design, special effects and an unforgettable experience for the entire family.

Director and Music Director Sam Henderson brings a fresh perspective to this classic tale, making it accessible and engaging for both those who have cherished the story for years and newcomers experiencing it for the first time.
