Mellow Mushroom Beer Kitchen Preview
The downtown Mellow Mushroom will be hosting an interesting event called “Beer Kitchen” on October 26th. The King Street restaurant will open its doors at 7 pm for the event which features a four-course “beer-fusion dinner.” The folks at Mellow sent out an e-mail about the event. Check it out below:
“You are invited to a unique dining experience on Wednesday Oct 26 at 7pm when Mellow Mushroom King St transforms into a Beer Kitchen by preparing an eclectic, four-course beer fusion dinner inspired by foods from Italy and the American South.
This dinner will enlighten guests in the ways in which food can be infused with beer, thus taking on a whole new range of flavors. Each course will be accompanied with a different beer that will compliment the dish.
Tickets to this event will only be available to 40 esoteric participants online at http://mmbeerkitchen.eventbrite.com/ and cost $38.00.
