Those Jam Bands

The Music Farm is going to have a couple jammy nights this week. On Wednesday night EOTO takes the downtown venue by storm, followed the next night by Umphrey’s McGee.

EOTO features two former members of The String Cheese Incident, a popular jam band. Yes, the new band has more of an electronica feel but their former jam band ties makes this post still valid!

Umphrey’s McGee is a somewhat newer jam band that has already gathered quiet the following. I was lucky enough to catch part of their set this summer at a music festival in Chicago. They definitely did not disappoint.
