Avondale’s Abita Progressive Dinner
The Abita Beer Company will be the star of a progressive beer dinner in Avondale this Monday. Six establishments will offer a different Abita brew paired with the course they are offering. According to the FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE, the event will be $35 and will feature the following lineup:
“Gene’s Haufbrau – Reception: Cheese Tray with Crackers and Fruit paired with Abita Restoration Pale Ale
The Roost– 1st Course: Wasabi Encrusted Ahi Tuna paired with Abita Andy Gator
Pearlz– 2nd Course: Seafood Gumbo paired with Abita Amber Ale
Triangle Char & Bar– 3rd Course: Turkey Slider with Jalapeno cheese, mustard greens, and lime aioli. BBQ Beef Slider with Pork Belly and Collard Greens paired with Abita Turbo Dog
Mellow Mushroom– Dessert: Key Lime Pie with Raspberry Swirl paired with Abita Purple Haze
Voodoo– After Party: Strawberry Harvest”
