Update on Nick Collins
As previously mentioned, Fowler’s Mustaches guitarist/singer Nick Collins was in a serious car accident early last Friday morning. After a tough seven days Collins is making progress, but there was some bad news. Collins’ family said that his left leg was amputated below the knee. Despite this setback the family remains positive.
On their CaringBridge website, they stated: “This was tough news for us to take and we know it will be hard for Nicholas to take when he wakes up. Please pray for this aspect of his story. One positive outcome of amputation is that his body should heal much faster, which is what we want!”

-If you have information regarding this collision, you can contact Officer Matt Wojslawowicz at (843) 965-4084. The 18-wheeler was driving east on I-526 around 2:30 Friday morning.
-The band is encouraging folks to make blood donations since Collins received a lot of blood during his ordeal. MUSC has a donation center available Monday-Friday.
