Song of the Week 8/30/12
This week’s selection for Song of the Week is not from a local band. With Hurricane Isaac bombarding one of my favorite cities, New Orleans, I decided to pick a band from the Crescent City. Here’s Trombone Shorty & Orleans Ave. with “Do To Me.”
If you haven’t heard this band before I highly recommend them. They’ve played in Charleston twice (opened for Dave Matthews Band in ’10 and played Spoleto ’11) and have killed it each time.
