2012 Buy Local Month
This year’s Buy Local Month starts Thursday and will once again be hosted by Lowcountry Local First. The group will be putting on multiple events that promote local businesses and products. Even if you don’t participate in any of their activities, be sure to frequent local businesses this month (and every month for that matter)!
Although the official celebration is scheduled to run from 11/15/12 to 12/15/12, there are a couple events on Wednesday (11/14) to kick-off the fun.
Below is a list of the major Buy Local Month Events, but there are other happenings, sales and events that won’t be as heavily advertised, so keep your eyes peeled!
