Nikki Haley’s Defense Strategy

When it comes to the SCDOR hacking scandal, Governor Nikki Haley has tried her hardest to distance herself from the controversy. Even when she finally appears to be accepting some blame, she still tries to pass the buck to another entity like the IRS or the 1970s equipment being used.

It’s left me wondering where Haley gets her defense strategy from and I’ve come up with three possibilities…
