“Rumors & Notes” – I’ll post these little tidbits when there are stories that can’t be completely confirmed or don’t constitute a full blog entry, but deserve some attention.

• Heeeeeee’s baaaaaaack (maybe): Sanford considering run for Congress (Huffington Post).
• And it may get even more interesting – His ex-wife Jenny Sanford is mulling a congressional run too (Mount Pleasant Patch). This is too good to be true.
• A West Ashley man was arrested Dec. 14 after allegedly attacking someone with a golf club (West Ashley Patch).
• Report: Man came home for Christmas, apparently killed mom, then himself (Live 5 News).
• Sheriff to discuss arrest connected to bomb threat at Trident Tech (Live 5 News).
• It’s hard to read, but the menu for Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively’s September wedding in Charleston has been leaked. Chef Mike Lata (FIG, The Ordinary) prepared the meal.
