charlestonhome The 2013 Charleston Home & Design Show takes place this weekend at Johnson Hagood Stadium. The event is in its tenth year and “showcases thousands of the newest and finest custom home products by many of the city’s most recognized and respected local companies.”

Besides all the vendors, there will be plenty of entertainment and fun at the event. The official website lists the following:

Someone local will win a $10,000 Room Makeover for the home.
The White Room Challenge, mimicking the show on HGTV, will showcase the work of four Ethan Allan interior designers transforming all-white, 10×10 rooms into chic, livable spaces.
Free Design Consultations with ASID interior designers
Silent Auction Held All Weekend Long
Speed Dating for a Builder or Architect

You can visit the show on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday, but there is FREE admission on Friday. If you can’t make it on the first day, you can still get discounted tickets. Click HERE for a coupon for a $1 off admission (or $2 off of two tickets)!
