Mystery Cemetery in Summerville

For those of you who have spent any time in Summerville, you may have noticed a rather odd site in front of the Wal-Mart plaza on North Main Street.

At first glance it looks a terribly designed median between Hardee’s and the First Federal bank, but if you look closely it’s something you wouldn’t expect – a cemetery. That’s right, hidden inside the chain link fence and in the shade of some trees are some barely noticeable gravestones.

After some brief searching online, I was able to “discover” that this is the Jones Family Cemetery. It appears there are 5 plots, but outside of that, not much is known. If you know of any other info, let me know!
