UPDATE: Coast Guard says claims of jumper off Ravenel Bridge unfounded
***UPDATE, 11:34 am***: The Post & Courier reports: “At 11:31, the Coast Guard issued a marine radio broadcast cancelling its earlier bulletin about a possible jumper.”

Reports are coming in that someone may have jumped off the Ravenel Bridge.
The Mount Pleasant Police Department has said one lane of the bridge is currently closed in both directions.
The Post & Courier has received confirmation from the Coast Guard about the situation.
