First Congressional District Special Election Guide
The District 1 Special Election takes place on Tuesday. Democrat Elizabeth Colbert Busch and Republican Mark Sanford are the front-runners with the Green Party’s Eugene Platt also on the ballot.
To help you prepare for the election, here’s some helpful information:
- Polling locations will be open from 7 am until 7 pm on Tuesday.
- Under new rules, voters will be asked to provide one of the following when they vote: SC Driver’s License, SC DMV Identification Car, SC Voter Registration Card with a Photo, Federal Military ID, US Passport.
