Comeback Complete: Mark Sanford Wins SC District 1 Special Election

marksanfordMultiple news outlets are reporting that Republican Mark Sanford has won the SC District 1 Special Election.

He defeated Democratic nominee Elizabeth Colbert Busch and the Green Party’s Eugene Platt.
