The Mount Pleasant International BeerFest
Charlestonians love their booze – from craft beer to locally made wine, vodka, and moonshine. There are so many festivals centered around alcohol, you would think there wouldn’t be room for one more….and you would be wrong.
The Mount Pleasant International Beerfest will be the next event on the Holy City’s boozy schedule. The fun is scheduled for June 8th at the Park West Recreational Complex starting at 2 pm.
This festival will feature an astounding 100+ beers from around the world. Plus, there will be live music from local bands.
Tickets price vary based on the date of purchase. Any early birds who purchase tickets between now and May 15th will get a steeo discount. Here’s how the pricing breaks down:
- April 1st – May 15th: General Admission tickets are $25, VIP Experience is $60
- Tickets purchase on May 16th – June 8th: GA $40, VIP $80.
- Tickets at the door (if available) on June 8th: $50 for GA
VIPs get an exclusive entrance and sampling area, unlimited beer and spirits, front row parking, food samples and front row seating for their live performances. All tickets may be purchased here (a previous version of this link did not work – all is well now).

Maggie – Thanks for the catch! I’m not sure how I screwed up the copy and paste job, but you saved the day!

Which Beer Vendors will be attending and what Food trucks will be there? To have an International Beerfest and not provide any additional information will deter a lot of people from attending. What do you get with a General Admission Ticket?

They haven’t announced any other information at this time. Once they do, I will add it to this entry.
