Pint-sized Chefs to Star During Little Chef Big Chef Challenge
Louie’s Kids will hold the 5th Annual Little Chef Big Chef Challenge at the South Carolina Aquarium on June 13th at 7 pm. Louie’s Kids is a charity organization that raises funds to help treat childhood obesity while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
The challenge event pairs some of Charleston’s best chefs, including three James Beard-nominees, with children associated with the Louie’s Kids organization. Each tandem then creates a dish together, which attendees will vote on. The entire challenge focuses on healthy cooking while raising money for the charity.
This year’s list of cooks includes: Jeremiah Bacon (The Macintosh), Marc Collins (Circa 1886), Craig Deihl (Cypress), Nate Whiting (Tristan) and many more.
Tickets are $65 in advance. Click here for more information on the challenge.
