Ruck for the Wounded 5k This Sunday

Ruck for the Wounded, a 5k run, walk, or ruck benefiting multiple military charities, will take place this Sunday at Laurel Hill Plantation. The race is followed by a party featuring live music, giveaways and food vendors.
The event raises awareness and money for Support the Fallen, Canines for Veterans and the Wounded Warrior Project through registration fees, sales and donations received.
