Fat Ninja Food Truck Hits the Streets

A new food truck with a quirky name is ready to hit the streets of Charleston. Fat Ninja is ready to roll out a blend of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese cuisines.

The truck’s chefs Tyler Tin Mai and Peter Vu have prepared a menu that features dishes like: banh mi sandwiches, pho, ramen, duck fat fries and more.
