Buzzworthy: Butcher & Bee Sandwich Gets GQ’s Attention

King Street hotspot Butcher & Bee is once again generating national buzz after one of its sandwiches was featured in this month’s GQ. The eatery’s Chinese Pork-Belly Sandwich was included on the magazine’s list of the “50 Best Things to Eat and Drink Right Now.”
The sandwich consists of pork belly, spicy sesame-dressed coleslaw, hoisin sauce, crushed peanuts, and cucumber slices.
Specifically, GQ placed the dish in the # 2 spot on the list saying it’s a “miracle of flavor, texture, and imagination.”
