Butcher & Bee is hosting the latest installment of the humorously-titled “Lettuce Turnip the Beet” vegetarian/vegan dinner series this Thursday at 6 pm. The restaurant will be offering completely vegetarian (and mostly vegan) appetizers, main courses, and desserts during the event.
