Garden & Gun’s JUBILEE Will Debut in the Holy City

Garden and Gun announced the launch of JUBILEE, a new festival that will make its debut in the Holy City this winter. The event will be a celebration of Southern culture to be held at Charles Towne Landing from December 6th through the 8th.

Festival-goers can expect a mix of sporting, shopping, food, music, art, and live entertainment over the weekend. Some highlights include:

• Made in the South Marketplace
• Meet the Makers Trunk Show offering men’s and women’s apparel and sporting gear
• The Ultimate Oyster Roast
• Pit Master’s Pig Roast with Rodney Scott
• An antiques tent
• The Southern Pantry food tent
• A Garden & Gun Club exclusive dinner and show featuring James Beard Award–winning chef Mike Lata. Dinner will be followed by music from Junior Brown

The festival schedule is as follows:

• Friday, 12/6/13
  • 9 am – 11 am: Breakfast with the Editors
  • 11 am – 4 pm: Festival Grounds Open
• Saturday, 12/7/13
  • 10 am – 4 pm: Festival Grounds Open
  • 6:30 pm: Bill Reid Hosts Dinner & A Show with Chef Mike Lata, Junior Brown, Mark Sage
• Sunday, 12/8/13
  • 10 am – 3 pm: Festival Grounds Open
  • 10 am – 1 pm: Alabama Chanin Workshop
  • 11 am – 2 pm: Finale & Pig Roast with Rodney Scott
