Taking Flight Comic Show Returns to The Sparrow

Park Circle Comics and The Sparrow will once again join forces for the Taking Flight Comic Book Show. The event will feature meet and greets with artists, comics for sale, drink specials, a charity auction, and more. The fun starts Saturday at noon.

• Charleston City Paper artist Steve Stegelin
• Reps from Proton Factories
• Myles Sullivan
• Christopher Laserbeam LeBeau
• Park Circle Comics will be selling tons of comics.
• The Sparrow will have specialty drinks – the Hulk, a Batman Bite, Spider Bite, The Walking Zombie and Captain’s Super Serum.
• A silent charity auction with 100% of the proceeds going to a Communities in Schools.

The event has a suggested donation of $5 at the door with 100% of the proceeds going towards Communities in Schools.
