I was lucky enough to attend Cook It Raw’s “BBQ Perspectives” event this past Saturday and I am still craving some of the tasty samples I had. Plenty of other outlets have already reviewed the event, so I will spare you another recap. All I will say is that it was an amazing experience and I wish it was an annual event.
