NC Management Group Files Small Claims Suit Against Local Production Facility
A management group from Charlotte has filed a small claims lawsuit in Charleston County against a local recording facility. The lawsuit, which was filed in October by the Regan Management Group, alleges that Charleston’s Treehouse Productions failed to pay two clients as promised.
When reached for comment David Regan, the management company’s owner, told Holy City Sinner he is seeking a judgement of over $4,000 for artist payment, interest, court costs, and more for what he alleges is a broken contract. Regan said the suit stems from an August 6th performance at Treehouse by his clients Atlas Road Crew and Tyler James Mechem. Regan claims his clients have received no payment from their concert on that date.
Daniel Wilson, the Treehouse’s owner, did not respond to messages left requesting comment.
A court date has been set for December.
