82 Queen’s Chef Lusby To Showcase his James Beard House Menu
82 Queen’s Executive Chef Steven Lusby has been invited to host a dinner at the prestigious James Beard Foundation’s historic Beard House in New York City on December 4th. To celebrate this honor, Chef Lusby will showcase items from his Beard House “Charleston Charm” menu at 82 Queen throughout this month. The items will be featured as nightly specials and will include authentic Lowcountry cuisine and dishes.

- Carolina Catch with Toasted Grits
- Pickled Shrimp
- Crispy Chicken and Waffle
- Sorghum Glazed Pork Osso Bucco.
