Quintin Washington of Quintin’s Close-Ups recently spoke with Catherine LaFond who is a candidate for Charleston Water System Commissioner. Believe it or not, this race could actually have a historic result. If she wins today’s election, LaFond would be the “first openly gay candidate in South Carolina to win a contested election“.
