Butcher & Bee Thanksgiving Takeout Returns

For the second straight year Butcher & Bee will be offering a Thanksgiving Takeout Package. There are two options, a full package that feeds 8 and a half package that feeds 4. Advance purchase is required and a limited amount will be available.
Pick-up is scheduled for Wednesday, November 27th from 11 am until 7 pm. You can email info@butcherandbee.com if you have any questions.
This year’s package includes:
- Organically Raised Turkey
- breast poached in court bouillon, legs confited
- Roasted Mushroom and Cornbread Stuffing
- buttermilk, herbs, parmesan
- Sweet Potato Casserole
- brown sugar and pecans
- Idaho Potato Puree
- chives, cream, butter
- Brioche Dinner Rolls with butter
- Green Beans
- lemon, garlic, olive oil
- Gravy
- chicken jus and white wine
- Cranberry Sauce
- allspice, cinnamon
- Fall Salad
- arugula, dried fruit, nuts
- Apple Crumble
- oats, nutmeg
