Leave Thanksgiving to Tristan

tristanWhy spend hours in this kitchen this Thanksgiving, when you could just dine at one of Charleston’s finest restaurants instead? This year, you can put Thanksgiving in the hands of the folks at Tristan. Reservations are available from 2 pm until 6 pm on Thursday.

All diners will receive a Chef’s Complimentary dish to begin the meal, followed by a choice of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The dinner is is $75 per person with suggested wine pairings available for $15.  Children 12-and-under are $25. For reservations call 843-534-2155.

Caramelized Butternut Squash Puree, Maple-Black Truffle Jus

Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Maitake Mushrooms, Barbequed Onion & Bourbon Jus

Fruit de Mare Bolognese

Lobster, Shrimp, Clams, Mussels, Calamaretti Pasta, San Marzano Tomatoes

 Local White Fish

Lemongrass, Pearl Barley, Carrots, Aromatic Crust, Buttery White Thai Beer Broth
