Avondale Restaurant Week Starts TONIGHT
In what has become a regular occurrence, Avondale’s Restaurant Week will pick up where Charleston Restaurant Week left off. The downtown event concluded yesterday, while the West Ashley neighborhood will start up their version tonight. Their edition of the event runs through Sunday, January 26th.
Each Avondale establishment will offer a special three-course menu for either $20 or $30.

Unfortunately, only one business has posted their menu so far. Al Di La and Mellow Mushroom’s menus will be similar (if not the same) to what they had for CHS Restaurant Week. Check back for updates!

My friend who works at Mex 1 said their menu is the same as it was for Charleston Restaurant Week (although they were not on the website listed as a participant, they did offer a special).
It is posted on their Facebook page but 2 people can eat for $20 (1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 dessert). Great deal.
