Básico Named One of the South’s Best New Social Clubs

Básico, a taqueria at the Mixson Bath & Racquet Club, was named one of the “South’s Best New Social Clubs” by Southern Living. The honor was part of the magazine’s recently published “Best New Bars” feature. For those wondering, yes, Básico is actually in NORTH Charleston, not Chucktown as the article says.

Básico, which opened this past July, features an ever-changing lineup of house-made menu items coupled with some classic standbys like tacos, tortas, and margaritas.
