Meet the “Southern Charm” Season Two Cast

Southern Charm, the show featuring the “small, ruling, entrenched minority” in Charleston, will debut its second season at 10 pm TONIGHT on Bravo.
Last year’s cast of characters returns to the Holy City mostly intact (Jenna King is the only original cast member not returning), but there has been a few changes. Here’s a look at this season’s primary and secondary cast:
Primary Cast
- Landon Clements
- New cast member
- Born in St. Simons Island, Georgia
- Attended the College of Charleston
- Friend of Shep Rose’s
- Recently divorced and moved back to Charleston (from LA)
- Craig Conover
- 27 years old
- From Fenwick Island, Delaware
- College of Charleston (2006) and Charleston School of Law (2014) graduate
- Kathryn C. Dennis
- 23 years old
- Born in Charleston, but raised in Berkeley County
- Moved to the main cast this season
- Recently had a baby with Thomas Ravenel
- Related to former state lawmaker Rembert C. Dennis and former U.S. Vice President John C. Calhoun
- Attended the University of South Carolina (Studied Political Science and Women’s Studies)
- Worked for two state senators and the lieutenant governor

- From Anderson, SC

- Charleston native

- Graduated from The Citadel (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration)
- Masters in Business Administration from University of South Carolina
- Founded Ravenel Development Corporation
- Elected as the State Treasurer in 2006
- Resigned and served time in prison in 2007 after being arrested on drug charges
- Last year, he ran as an independent candidate against incumbent Senator Lindsey Graham. He finished in third.
- Shepard “Shep” Rose
- 35 years old
- Grew up on Hilton Head Island
- Attended the University of Georgia
- Was accepted and attended the Owen School of Business in Nashville
- Nephew of former SC Department of Public Safety director B. Boykin Rose
- Town of Boykin is named after his family
- The state’s dog, the Boykin Spaniel, is also named after them
- Opened The Palace Hotel last year
- Whitney Sudler-Smith
- 46 years
- Filmmaker
- His mother purchased the Mikell House for $4.8 million in 2008
- Executive producer on the show
- Plans on opening a restaurant called Generalissimo at 565 King Street

There will certainly be other secondary “characters,” but that’s all that’s been confirmed at this point from the show’s official commercials and preview episode.
