Mobile Dim Sum in Charleston?

Could a Dim Sum Food Truck be on its way to the Holy City? It certainly looks that way – a blog, a website, and a Kickstarter campaign for the fledgling Dim Sum Good Dumplings food truck have popped up over the last few months.

The business is trying to raise $15,000 and is offering up some cool incentives for donors including entrees, bumper stickers, catered events, and more.
