FIG and Chef Sean Brock Named Finalists by James Beard Foundation
Earlier today, The James Beard Foundation announced the finalists for their 2014 Restaurant and Chef Award categories and a Charleston restaurant and chef made the cut.
FIG is up for the Outstanding Wine Program honor, while Chef Sean Brock (McCrady’s and Husk) is a nominee for Outstanding Chef. FIG and Chef Brock were the only locals left after a successful semi-finalist round by the Holy City.
