Home Team BBQ Makes Best Ribs List

The ribs from Fiery Ron’s Home Team BBQ are back in the news thanks to The Daily Meal.

The publication created a list of America’s 35 Best Ribs and the local dish came in at # 21. Home Team’s ribs made a similar list this past July.

The article said the ribs are:

covered in a deeply caramelized bark and are moist and tender. It’s just about impossible to get through a rack of these without groaning for joy at least a few times.

Oklahoma Joe’s in Kansas City, Kansas took home the top honors.
