Quintin Washington of Quintin’s Close-Ups recently spoke with Brick Hicks of the Post & Courier. Hicks is the paper’s metro columnist, the author or co-author of six books, and has been voted as the city’s “Best Newspaper Columnist” three times running. You can see the interview below.
