Cook It Raw Film Now Available Online

Some of you may remember October’s highly-publicized Cook It Raw event that was held on Bowens Island. For those who don’t, here’s a quick recap: Cook It Raw is an annual event that brings chefs from all over the world together for a few days worth of innovative cooking, idea-sharing, and more. The attendees spend about a week hunting, foraging, fishing, harvesting, and speaking with local experts about local produce and cooking techniques. The group closes out their week with a final dinner, which for the first time ever, was open to the public in Charleston. 40 local and internationally acclaimed chefs created a menu using only regional ingredients.

Now, thanks to a short documentary film, the rest of the world can see what went on during Cook It Raw’s week in Charleston. You can watch the film in its entirety below:
