Holy City Sinner Takes the Ice Bucket Challenge

By now you know all about the Ice Bucket Challenge, so let’s cut to the chase! Both The Modern Connection and the Dead 27s challenged me and I happily accepted.

I chose some locals that are always willing to help out charities, especially when some extra fun is involved – Julie & Laura from The Orange Spot Coffeehouse and Dave & Jimmy from The Alley. They are joined in the challenge by the “winners” of the Holy City Sinner poll – Elise Testone and Mayor Joe Riley. Anna Wood and Cam Gigandet from Reckless were a close third in the poll, so feel free to encourage them to participate too!

I know it’s going to be tough to convince Mayor Riley to participate, so I’ll need your help. Be sure to shoot him an e-mail (rileyj@charleston-sc.gov) to let him know he has been picked for the Ice Bucket Challenge. Charlestonians want to see him do it!
