Tomorrow is the 2nd Annual BBQ Night at Caviar & Bananas

cbbbqTomorrow at 5 pm, Caviar & Bananas will host its 2nd Annual BBQ Night featuring Executive Chef Scott Roule and Guest Pit Master Wes Sellew.

The night’s menu includes:

  • HICKORY SMOKED BBQ

    • Dry Rubbed Baby Back Ribs
    • Eastern Carolina Style Pulled Pork
    • Barbeque Chicken
  • SIDES
    • Triple Cheddar Mac + Cheese
    • Southwestern Style Coleslaw
    • Baked Beans w/ Benton’s Bacon
    • Hickory Smoked Deviled Eggs
    • Cheddar-Jalapeño Corn Fritters
    • Heirloom Tomato Salad/ Goat Cheese Vinaigrette
  • SAUCES
    • Smoked Jalapeño Barbeque Sauce
    • Sweet Kansas City Style Barbeque Sauce
    • Three Pepper Vinegar Sauce

It’s $12.50 per plate, which includes one BBQ Selection + two Sides. There will also be a la carte pricing and $5 pints of local and craft Beer. Click here for more information.
