Mellow Avondale Hosts a Frothy Beard Beer Dinner with Chef Brannon Florie
Three Charleston favorites – a brewery, a chef, and a restaurant – are teaming up for a Beer Dinner on Thursday, September 11th at 7 pm. Mellow Mushroom Avondale will host the shindig which will feature food from Chef Brannon Florie and beer from the Frothy Beard Brewing Company.
Chef Florie of The Rarebit and The Granary will prepare a farm-to-table inspired five-course meal that will be paired with local brews.
The evening’s menu is as follows:

- Summer salami, mortadella, tasso coppa, smoked beef rillettes, bread and butter pickles, pickled okra, grain mustard, sourdough bread
- Paired with Belgian Triple 12% 4-6 oz pour
