CHSBW’s Craft Beer Kickball Tournament Canceled

Due to the threat of poor weather, the Charleston Beer Week’s Craft Beer Kickball Tournament that was scheduled for Sunday has been canceled.

Here’s the official word from the CHSBW:

“It is with gobs of sadness that we are announcing the cancellation of Craft Beer Kickball. The venue has dictated that we cannot play on their practice fields, or stadium field, if it’s raining, or if the fields are wet through rain prior to kick-off. Based on what the weather wizards are saying, it looks like there will definitely be rain on Sunday, and likely today and tomorrow. We have made the hard call to cancel now and give everyone the opportunity to make alternate plans, rather than risk creating a mountain of wasted Sunday Fundays.”

Festival organizers are currently working with City Paper Tickets to process refunds. For further information, click here.
