Friends of the Hunley’s 10th Annual Oyster Roast & Silent Auction
The 10th Annual Friends of the Hunley’s Oyster Roast and Silent Auction will be held on Friday, October 24th from 7 pm until 10 pm at the Visitor Center Bus Shed on Meeting Street.
The event will include all-you-can-eat BBQ and oysters, non-alcoholic beverages, beer/wine, a silent auction and live music from the Shem Creek Boogie Band. The silent auction will include items like weekend getaways, art, restaurant gift certificates, and more.
The event will raise funds for the Friends of the Hunley, which uses the funds for the recovery, conservation, and ultimate exhibition of the H.L. Hunley.
Admission is $35 per person and includes all food and non-alcoholic beverages. Tickets may be purchased here.
