1770 Records Presents: Battle of the Genres on 11/5

On November 5th, 1770 Records will host a Battle of the Genres at Big John’s Tavern. The winning act will earn a free recording session at Ocean Industries and the ability to release their single through the label.

The Battle-of-the-Bands-styled event will pit five genres against one another before crowning an overall champion. Categories will include Hip-hop/R&B, Folk, lndie Rock, DJ/Electronic ,and Funk/Jam/Jazz. It total there will be 25 contestants.
