Yeast Celebrates “Learn to Homebrew Day” This Saturday
The American Homebrewer’s Association has designated Saturday, November 1st as “Learn To Homebrew Day,” so a local group decided to celebrate with an event at Yeast – Everything Homebrew in Mt. Pleasant.
Lowcountry Libations, a home brew club, is inviting everyone to join them from noon until 5 pm for a celebration that will include:
- Hands on demonstrations of beer brewing
- Informational classes for the beginner
- Prizes
- Discounts
- Live bluegrass music from Blue Stone Ramblers (noon – 2 pm)
- 10% discount on all purchases made in the shop during the event
The event is free to attend. Yeast – Everything Homebrew is located at 557 Belle Station Boulevard, which is in the Belle Station Shopping Center off of Long Point Road.
