Tomorrow: SOL Hosts a Tequila Dinner featuring Milagro Tequila

SOL Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar is hosting a Tequila Dinner this Wednesday from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm. Milagro Tequila will be the featured adult beverage.

The event will include five tequila tastings with five food pairings. You can see the menu below:

FIRST TASTING

• Chicken Tostadas

SECOND TASTING

• Milagro Select Barrel Reserve Silver
• Crab Avocado Stack Salad

THIRD TASTING

• Milagro Ancho Paloma
• Roasted Pork Taco

FOURTH TASTING

• Milagro Select Barrel Reserve Reposado
• Tequila Braised Short Ribs

FIFTH TASTING

• Milagro Select Barrel Reserve Anejo
• Chocolate Pecan Tart
