Bittermilk Debuts Mixer No. 6 Tonight at Minero
Bittermilk, the local company that makes hand-crafted cocktail mixers, has unveiled that its sixth product will be the No. 6 Oaxacan Old Fashioned. The company will debut the mix tonight at Minero. The launch starts at 5 pm.
The mix celebrates the flavors of Oaxaca, (“weh-HAH-ken”) Mexico and features dried Mexican chilis, cocoa nibs and spices, and raisins. The No. 6 is also aged with cocoa husks. The company says The Oaxacan is best mixed with Mezcal.
Tonight, Minero will feature drinks made with No. 6. The first twelve guests to order one of those drinks will receive a special giveaway.
Bittermilk is also celebrating the release of a $45 Old Fashioned Gift Set that features all three of the company’s Old Fashioned mixes in a stamped box. The gift set and all of the other mixes can be purchased here.
Aside from the No. 6 mix, the company also makes a Bourbon Barrel Aged Old-Fashioned mix, a Tom Collins with elderflowers and hops mix, a Smoked Honey Whiskey Sour mix, a New Orleans Style Old Fashioned Rouge, and a Charred Grapefruit Tonic.
