The “Off the Chain” Chili Cook-Off Scheduled for 12/20
The “Off the Chain” Chili Cook-Off, which supports a Pet Helpers program, will be held on Saturday, December 20th from noon until 6 pm. Proceeds from the event will go to Unchain Charleston, a group that spreads awareness about the plight of chained dogs and builds fences for chained dogs in the Lowcountry.Although the event is a competition, spectators are certainly welcome. Regardless of what capacity you fill at the event, be sure to wear a tacky Christmas sweater.
Prizes will be rewarded in the following categories:
- Most Unique Chili
- People’s Choice
- Group that raises the most money for Unchain Charleston program\
- Worst Christmas sweater
