TONIGHT: Flights & Bites at the Biergarten

Tonight, the Bay Street Biergarten will host “Flights and Bites,” a food-and-beer pairing event. The fun begins at 4 pm and will continue while supplies last.

Attendees will be treated to four varieties of brats paired with beers from the Big Boss Brewing Company. The pairing event costs $15 per person. Here’s a look at the night’s menu:

• Hells Belle with a Buffalo Chipotle Brat
• Aces & Ateswith a Hot Link Chorizo Brat
• High Roller IPA with a Lamb Marquez Brat
• Bad Penny with a Elk Apple Pear Port Wine Brat
