Spring Jam Announces First Batch of Bands

With the 3rd Annual Spring Jam Festival just over two months away, we finally have our first band confirmations! The initial lineup includes Ed Roland & The Sweet Tea Project, Lefty at the Washout, The Travelin’ Kine, The High Divers, and The Missing Link dance crew.

Here’s a little bit of info on each of these acts:

• Ed Roland & The Sweet Tea Project
  • Roland is the front man of Collective Soul
  • He formed The Sweet Tea project
• Lefty at the Washout
  • Named after Folly Beach‘s surf hangout
  • Reggae/rock
  • Second studio album is expected to be released this spring
• The Travelin’ Kine
  • Named the Charleston City Paper’s 2014 Americana Artist of the Year in 2014
  • Americana, rock, and bluegrass
• The High Divers
  • A 3-part harmony, rock band from Charleston
  • Their debut album is due out in July of 2015
• The Missing Links
  • Local break dance crew
