Charleston Parks Conservancy to Host 6th Teddy Bear Picnic

The Charleston Parks Conservancy is hosting the 6th Annual Teddy Bear Picnic on March 8th at Hampton Park. Families are invited to picnic in the park while enjoying crafts, games, and entertainment. The event is free and runs from 1:30 pm until 4:30 pm.

The event includes:

• Face painting
• Seed planting
• Cookie decorating
• Crafts
• Hula hooping with Homespun Hoops
• a Teddy Care Station for “injured” bears
• Food available for purchase.
• Live music from John Cusatis
• Homespun Hoops
• Peace Love Hip Hop
• Becky’s Box of Puppets
• a teddy bear parade
